The Construction and Research of a Tiered Practical Teaching System for the Cultivation of Job-adaptive Capabilities in the Field of E-commerce

Abstract
Strengthening practical teaching and applying what is learned; Strengthening student vocational quality education and improving the level of professionalization have become the two most urgent core needs of enterprises. Professional construction should also meet the current market demand, improve the practical teaching system, enhance students’ job adaptability, and stimulate their effective participation. This article is based on the adaptability of e-commerce professional positions, timely optimization of e-commerce talent training programs, dynamic adjustment of practical teaching tasks, reconstruction of the hierarchical practical teaching system for ecommerce majors, and exploration and research on school enterprise collaborative education.
