Oil painting color teaching is one of the important courses in vocational education, but there are some problems in the current teaching process, such as ambiguous teaching goals, lack of varied teaching content and disconnection between classroom and practice. Analysis of its causes, mainly by the traditional concept and the impact of educational ideas. Therefore, to innovate the teaching mode of oil painting color in higher vocational colleges, we should not only focus on the training of students’ skills of oil painting creation, but also incorporate aesthetic education and the concept of oil painting art development into the basic courses. Only in this way can we improve students’ comprehensive quality, innovation ability and artistic accomplishment.

Business administration is a popular major in private vocational colleges, but in the process of teaching, many teachers think that business administration courses are boring and not effective. Based on practical teaching cases, this paper analyzes the characteristics of business administration curriculum teaching, and the relationship between theory and practice.
