Oil painting color teaching is one of the important courses in vocational education, but there are some problems in the current teaching process, such as ambiguous teaching goals, lack of varied teaching content and disconnection between classroom and practice. Analysis of its causes, mainly by the traditional concept and the impact of educational ideas. Therefore, to innovate the teaching mode of oil painting color in higher vocational colleges, we should not only focus on the training of students’ skills of oil painting creation, but also incorporate aesthetic education and the concept of oil painting art development into the basic courses. Only in this way can we improve students’ comprehensive quality, innovation ability and artistic accomplishment.

Business administration is a popular major in private vocational colleges, but in the process of teaching, many teachers think that business administration courses are boring and not effective. Based on practical teaching cases, this paper analyzes the characteristics of business administration curriculum teaching, and the relationship between theory and practice. Then some suggestions will be given to improve current status.

In recent years, China’s economic development has entered a new stage of transformation, and the social demand for complex skilled personnel has become stronger. As a major with the goal of “cultivating art design skills to serve the development of regional development “, higher vocational art design majors require students not only to have good professional skills, but also to have strong practical technical ability. In order to improve the vocational competence of higher vocational college students laid a certain foundation. How to reform the existing teaching mode under the background of the integration of industry and education and cultivate more talents who can meet the needs of society is a problem that teachers of art design in higher vocational colleges need to consider at present. This paper takes the problems existing in the art design teaching of higher vocational education under the background of the integration of industry and teaching as the starting point, and focuses on the new ways to explain the reform of art design teaching in higher vocational education under the integration of teaching and education.
