In the context of “internet Plus” era, the vocational education of China has undergone profound changes in vocational colleges, enterprises and social fields. Internet plus concept with modern information technology as its core has changed the development concept, management mode and teaching means of traditional vocational education. At the same time, vocational colleges in the Internet plus context are also facing difficulties such as unclear development positioning, backward teaching methods and in-adaptable talent training modes. Therefore, vocational colleges in the Internet plus context shall strengthen the top-level design and create their own characteristics; change the concept of education, deepen the integration of industry and education; change teaching methods and means, promote technical changes; strengthen the construction of majors and curriculum reform; deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and accelerate the integration with the market and other measures.

Business administration is a popular major in private vocational colleges, but in the process of teaching, many teachers think that business administration courses are boring and not effective. Based on practical teaching cases, this paper analyzes the characteristics of business administration curriculum teaching, and the relationship between theory and practice. Then some suggestions will be given to improve current status.

Higher vocational education has entered the 21st century, after more than ten years of demonstration school construction, the construction of backbone schools and the current construction of high-quality schools and so on, the connotative development has made great progress. However, in terms of cultural education, the characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education emphasize the zero-distance docking with enterprises, so as to create a “professional person” with workplace consciousness, workplace ability and professional quality. As a result, the sustainable development ability of the students cultivated by the higher vocational colleges lags far behind the students of the undergraduate colleges in 3-5 years, which is generally manifested as the lack of sustainability and the insufficient follow-up space for the development. One of the root causes of the problem lies in the lack of excellent traditional culture education in higher vocational education. This paper aims to explore the important role of the education mechanism and system construction of excellent traditional culture on the education quality of higher vocational colleges, in order to promote the connotation construction of higher.

This article mainly in the vocational education development significance as the main content of the research, the author in the early stage of the research through the academic website of experts and scholars literature collection and sorting, through consulting literature, we can see from the research situation at home and abroad, many experts and scholars of vocational education in ethnic areas has achieved fruitful results, it will be conducive to our deeper research on the development of vocational education in ethnic areas. However, the systematic research and in-depth analysis of vocational education in Hotan area are even more lacking. This paper intends to take the guidance of Marxism-Leninism theory, from the perspective of pedagogy, based on the national conditions of China and the actual situation of vocational education in Hotan area, from the systematic analysis and in-depth study of vocational education in Hotan area from multiple dimensions, in order to provide support for the development of vocational education in ethnic areas through the research of this paper.

As an important component of general higher education, private colleges and universities play an important role in the development of education. However, due to the dual identity of “class institution” and “class enterprise”, private colleges and universities not only do not bring advantages in the competition, but put private colleges and universities in an awkward position of “neither touch”. Therefore, if private colleges and universities want to be in a dominant position in the talent competition with public colleges and universities and enterprises, it is urgent to establish a set of incentive mechanism based on the actual situation of private colleges and universities. Effective incentive mechanism can not only motivate and retain excellent talents, so as to promote the improvement of education quality; Moreover, in the long run, it is also beneficial to the sustainable development of private colleges and universities and to the improvement of the quality of higher education in our country.

Oil painting color teaching is one of the important courses in vocational education, but there are some problems in the current teaching process, such as ambiguous teaching goals, lack of varied teaching content and disconnection between classroom and practice. Analysis of its causes, mainly by the traditional concept and the impact of educational ideas. Therefore, to innovate the teaching mode of oil painting color in higher vocational colleges, we should not only focus on the training of students’ skills of oil painting creation, but also incorporate aesthetic education and the concept of oil painting art development into the basic courses. Only in this way can we improve students’ comprehensive quality, innovation ability and artistic accomplishment.

Conflict is a complex and common phenomenon. It exists anywhere and there is no exception in college, in which the teachers play an important role. As a specific group, the teachers are facing ubiquitous conflicts, which contain internal conflicts, conflicts between teachers, conflicts between the teachers and the administrators as well as conflicts between teachers and students. As is known to all, conflict is inevitable. The conflict management of college teachers plays an important role in the development of the college in stimulating teachers’ work efficiency and promoting a harmonious teaching-learning environment. Firstly, this paper introduces the conflicts of teachers in Polus International College(PIC) on the present situation, the cause and effect, which is guided by the theory of conflict, the communication theory, and Xijinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. Secondly, the paper analyses the situation and existing problem conflict management of the teachers. In addition, the paper raised strategies of conflict management for teachers drawing on the experience of conflict management in colleges of America. Hopefully, this paper can give clues to conflict management not only for the managers in PIC but also for the managers from the other colleges in China.

Compared with general higher education, higher vocational education places more emphasis on students’ practical ability rather than theoretical ability. The integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation are the essence and basic mode of vocational education training high-quality technical and technical talents. However, for most vocational colleges and enterprises, the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation are nothing more than the traditional cooperation model of “school learning, enterprise internship”. To break this model, schools and companies should start collaborative design from the start of enrollment. The talent training model is linked to the needs of the company. Schools and companies share teaching and assessment. The industry’s first-line needs are guided and experience is the cornerstone to effectively promote production-based School-enterprise cooperation in the context of teaching integration. One College has explored and practiced the school-enterprise cooperation model of “six collaborations and two mutual learnings”, and the quality of talent training has been significantly improved, realizing a win-win situation for schools and enterprises.

Among the factors that determine the quality of nursing service, the nursing professional talent team is the most critical human resources factors. Higher vocational colleges undertake the task of cultivate nursing professional talents. The main problems in the cultivating of nurseries in higher vocational colleges include unclear training objectives and specifications, unreasonable curriculum system, etc. In this study, the teachers and managers of five nurseries in Chengdu were enrolled in the investigation. Through questionnaire survey, interview and discussion, the curriculum system of nurseries is finalized to construct on the basis of school-enterprise cooperation and guided by market demand and post core competence which provide the foundation and direction for nursery professional talent cultivation.

Color is a very important part of human relations, and it is essential for artists to build a rigorous color system. The teaching and research of color composition is endless, but there are few integrated studies on the theme of traditional Chinese color elements. Chinese and Western colors are based on natural colors as the starting point of cognition, but different cultural backgrounds have formed different color concepts, color teaching reflects the traditional cultural connotation, the thesis from the color composition of the optimization of the teaching links for research, effectively integrated into the traditional Chinese color elements, so that the course localization, nationalization, so as to integrate into a teaching system that meets the needs of Chinese design and has Chinese characteristics.
