高职院校学生“关键能力”培养实现路径探析

摘要
“关键能力”培养是我国高职教育近年提出的热点问题，也是适应时代发展的新要求和新使命。文章深度挖掘我国高职教育在“关键能力”培养方面表现出重视度不够、与人才培养脱节、缺乏评价机制、师资队伍建设不力等缺陷，提出改革顶层设计、探索评价机制等改进措施，以助力高职教育实现对人才的“关键能力”培养。
